‘Wookookoo’ is a blast from the past, when I started to blog. It’s a nonsensical word I made up in Frangipani one night back in the days with Rachel, and she encouraged me to use it for my blog. I did, and it made an impact. She has the story here.

I’m bringing it back. Well, that and for the obvious reason that I can’t register with a ‘kevinyeoh’ or ‘kevinyeohck’, so I thought, hey, sometimes digging back to the past can be fun too, I suppose. Take the mickey out of the whole ‘Wookookoo’. If only I can remember the dance steps, cos I remember the Wookookoo song. Ahem. I need Guido for that.

People always wonder why I like to change my blog site so much. It’s very easy, actually. I have short attention span and I crave for new things most of the time. I do have loyal readers who has been following me since I started blogging and you know who you are.

About me? Well, read the damn blog and you’d be able to find out more about me. Probably not on a personal level, as I am staying away from it. Blogging has become like the latest fashion trend, or a must-have, that it’s getting really absurd. I’d like to keep it real by doing reviews on the things I have done, love and just promote whatever event that I feel strongly about. I help you, you help me.

Oh yes, no hiding that I am a bitch or rather, a ‘negative energy’ in this blog as a few of you have called me for giving my own point of views. Look, it’s life. I have a though and I write it as it is. You don’t need to care if I say something bad about someone you admire and adore. Just look away and think of me as childish, or you can make it as ‘bad publicity is good publicity’. One person’s opinion won’t hurt. Hell, you bitch about any other things and people too, why you be trippin’?

Work wise, I am a full-time turn freelance graphic designer and now a freelance turn full-time writer. I picked up writing as a passion, now it’s part of my job and my reject stories, I usually put it here for you to read instead. Design wise, I have my moments, and it goes on and off. I try to be the best that I can. Who’s perfect, right?

I am also very, very passionate about R&B and Hip Hop music. I’d love to be involved in your music in every way, except vocally. I support good people, good heart, good talent and importantly good product. Let’s hook up and talk music. Oh, no Jamelia fans please. Or those who think Black Eyed Peas are the bomb in hip hop. Gosh no.

Thankfully enough with dope support and belief, I am able to come up with KL Undercover. It’s my baby and it’s walking already. It’s something I want to see in the music scene- good Hip Hop education. I do it for my own liking, in hopes to attract everyone else. Besides schooling the community on the genre, it’s also my way of giving platforms to the new kids on the block to showcase their talents. Right now it’s a ‘club night’ with DJs and eventually I’d like to see performances. There’s just not enough platform for the kids and with that, they feel discouraged. KL Undercover is just what it is going to be about. It’s moving slowly, but surely. I encourage everyone to take a risk and do what you feel is doable, because you never know unless you tried it. It’s rewarding for yourself. If there were other people doing these great Hip Hop gigs, I wouldn’t even be doing this.

In this blog, I write about everything I feel and I won’t reply to your comments because sometimes I know you just want to have a voice. I ain’t hating. That’s just the way it is from my side and I don’t really care what you think. Ah, you know the grill.
